From: Fabien Osmont ALTERN ORG> Date: 22 sep 1998 Subject: colmar tournament results Dear all Shogi players, During this week-end there was the fourth edition of the International Tournament of Colmar (East of France). It was a very little tournament with only 9 players... Due to a lack of Dan players, the winner was obviously Fukumura San. In a few days, you'll be able to see a text and some photos from this tournament on our Web site. Before that, you'll can find here the results of the tournament. We'd like to thank a lot the players who have came to our tournament and hope that they had liked it. Of course, we hope that the next edition will have more players because it's a bit disapointing to bring time for this sort of organisation and not seing more people. If the problem of venue is the date, we are ready to change it. So, please, don't hesitate to write to us if somebody has a good suggestion. The results : Pl. Name Str Cl. It changes NOTHING for next calculations (ELO, and so on). In fact the results we've announced during the tournament were dependant of the starting Mac Mahon Score which were a bit so high, and has been changed after to be more adapted. For ASA, Fabien Osmont
