To execute Shocky 2.1 succesfully, you need to have a DLL cw3220.dll to be placed in your /windows/system/ directory or to the same directory as other Shocky files. This DLL is not made by me, so I haven't included it to the Shocky packages. However, you can download it from the same web page as the Shocky demo application (file borland.zip). By the way, if you have tested Shocky 2.1's strength by letting it play against other Shogi programs, I'd be very interested to hear how Shocky managed. Of course, also other kinds of comments are always welcome.
