Subject: Shogi diagram editor

Hello,

is anybody aware of a Software  for creating Shogi diagrams? For who is
familiar with chess software, something similar to Chess Captor or Chess
Maker, where you can edit, print, or save as image files any game
diagram.
Prefrred platform would be PC, and of course... freeware/shareware.
