Subject: Quoting entire messages

When responding to SHOGI-L postings, could we please only quote sections of
those postings that are relevant? This would keep the signal-to-noise ratio
high. Most recently, there was one mail that quoted two previous mails in
their entirety. The response two those mails was appended, so that SHOGI-L
members had to read two complete mails they had already read before, prior
to coming to the new stuff.
