(I can no longer supply printed copies, as my printer is too
unreliable, but I have no objection to anyone else charging a small
distribution fee for such a purpose).

I have to question the word excellent though, as when I started the
revision for the second edition, I was shocked by the number of gross
errors present, but even more shocked by the fact that no one had
reported any of them!

The second edition will be much better (when I finally get round to
finishing it).
