Hi Pieter,
    The subject of your letter was 'PASC update.'  What is PASC?  Will you
still be involved with the SFA?  Pieter, I have really 'enjoyed' the little bit
of communication we have had and have looked forward hopefully to meeting you.
I hope your 'personal reasons' are not serious.
