Dear SHOGI-L members,

For personal reasons I have decided to terminate my involvement with the
organization of the PASC and not to attend the MSO.

For all questions about the shogi events and to request an entry fee
waiver, please contact David Levy at <david <at> intrsrch <dot> demon <dot> co <dot> uk>. If there
are problems reaching him there, please try <dlevy <at> intelligent-group <dot> com>.

As yet, there is no information about the funds that will be available for
the MSO shogi events. I'll pass on any information that I receive about
that as soon as I get it.
