OK Let me give you my personal comments for SHOT's move.
Which game are you interested in having it ?
My Shogi strength is just so so weak but PC shogi still can not
beat me at all under even handicap. I feel the latest shogi programs
are having following strength level:

Joban Strategy  ---- 2-3K
Chuban Conflict  --- 6-7K
Shuban Fight     --- 1D
Tsume Solution  ---- more than Pro.
