It covers various intuitive concepts like good shape and whole board perception. Other topics include the power of pawns, endings analyses, etc. This is the best English/bilingual shogi books I have ever read. The English section is translated by J. Fairbairn, the author of Shogi for Beginners, and is very easy to read. However, I don't know the ordering procedures today. Nevertheless you may write an email to Japan Shogi Association for details. Wish this helps.
