Subject: Shogi ladder

Dear Shogi-fans,

as new ladder coordinator, I would like to update the ladder ranking.

I have posted a TEMPORARY (unofficial) version of the ladder at the URL:

http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/8167/ladder.html

In this version, differences between "games" and "challenges" have been
dropped. For each player, I just reported the ladder rank number(s) of
the (presumed) opponent(s).
Please visit the site and check your position and your opponents.

PLEASE REPORT TO ME ANY MISTAKES !!!!

Seems to me that many games started ages ago, and are probably now
either over or cancelled.

I will try to contact all the members marked with "?". They will
eventually be deleted from the ladder in case of lack of response.

After all these corrections, we will post the official ranking on Pieter
Stouten's Web site as usual.
