        This question is one of many still open to discussion.  We chose
        "Shogi Federation of America" as a name which would apply in
        either case, preferring the flexibility of it to other alternatives.
        When the SFA's jurisdiction is officially decided, it will be specified
        in the bylaws.  For the duration of the charter and bylaws discussion,
        at least, shogi players from Canada, the US, Mexico, and South
        America are all invited to participate.  If anybody knows of shogi clubs
        in any of these areas which may not have received our initial mailing,
        please let me know.
