Alex,    Hi!  My name is Kevin, but I use my nickname, Del.  How do I download
the icq program ?  Also, I think I need to upgrade my computer to use gamer,
I'll be upgrading memory and computer speed this next week.  Would really
enjoy some online shogi.  Let me know how to get the icp and please tell me
