Definitely, as the rating systems in use in Shogi are different from the
FIDE one. Larry Kaufman, Eric Cheymol and I are working hard devising a
uniform integrated Elo rating - dan/kyu grade - handicap system. When that
is ready, I hope it will be implemented on the PNeM server as well.
