Subject: Announcing Shogi and MiniShogi on Richard's PBeM Server

Shogi and MiniShogi are now official games on Richard's PBeM Server.

Richard's PBeM server exists you allow you to play a variety of games
via email with opponents from all over the Internet.
Shogi and MiniShogi are the latest additions to the collection of
over 50 games!  The games are refereed by the server, so when each
player sends his move in, the updated board is sent to each player.
Ratings are kept for each game, using the ELO algorithm which was
developed for western chess.

You can get more information by visiting the web page at
<http://gamerz.net/pbmserv/> or by sending email to pbmserv <at> gamerz <dot> net
with "help" in the SUBJECT line.  If you send "help tutorial" as the
SUBJECT line, you can get friendly instructions on how to sign up
on the server and get a game or two started.
