Subject: Announcements on the Chu-Shogi tournament

Hello everybody!

Now its definite and final: the tournament will be held on October 4th
and 5th in the
Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium,
Hindenburgplatz 34 in Muenster/Westfalen on the ground floor directly at
the main entrance.

If you arrive by train, give me a call so we can either pick you up at
the Station (Muenster /Westfalen Hauptbahnhof), should you arrive at the
airport Muenster /Osnabrueck you should give me a call as well to pick
you up there or at the station (its easy to get there by bus), if you
come to Muenster by car - there are traffic signs directing you to the
town centre (Stadtmitte) and the Hindenburgplatz all over the city.
We'll start at 9.30, the first round should begin at 10.00.
All of you will get the information by mail as well (provided I have
his/her address); I will send it this week.
Regarding accommodation I need to know who exactly needs help so I can
book for him. I propose you sleep at the Jugendgaestehaus Aasee (Tel.
0251-532470) which is quite near the venue and the town centre.Should
you need something else (cheaper/ more expensive) I'll see what I can do
for you.
