During the seven rounds, time limits will be one hour per person per game and thirty seconds byoyomi. Pairings will be done according to the McMahon system. The venue will be "Wijkcentrum de Schalmij", Symfoniestraat 204 in Nijmegen (024-3772460). This tournament hall can easily be reached by bus #8 in the direction of "Neerbosch Oost" from the tunnel underneath the railway tracks near the Central Railway Station of Nijmegen. Exit at the last stop which is in the Symfoniestraat. The entry fee will be Fl.25,-. Accomodations can be arranged on request in a variety of hotels.
