JavaShogi 1st Tournament Additional Information

1. For English users, we have already prepared the following
   web page. Please confirm who your opponent for the 1st round is.

3. Tournament Rules

1. All EVEN handicap (A,B,C-Class)
2. 30 Min, 30 Sec. Time Limit
3. Recommendable Browser : IE 3.02 (Don't use Netscape 3.0x and IE 4.0)
   Netscape Communicator 4.0x does not have any problems.
4. Game should be ended within three days for each round.
5. After checking your opponent from the tournament list, contact your
   opponent by mail to fix the date and time immediately.
   Please indicate Japan time (GMT + 9:00)
6. The winners of the game have an obligation to report the game
   result with Kifu into the Game Record. You can copy/paste the History
   Function of JavaShogi or use Kifu Coverter. (will upload before the
   1st round)

8. A-class : from 2 Dan till 5 Dan
   B-class : from 2 Kyu till 1 Dan
   C-Class : from 3 Kyu till the lowest
9. The lower class player should have Sente (Black). If the strength
   is the same, please execute 'Random' in the JavaShogi before your
   game starts.
