Dear Shogi Fans,

The 1st JavaShogi Tournament
As we have no time to make an English HP for the foreign participants,
please fill in the following Registration Form and send me a mail on
or before 22nd of November. All play should be done by EVEN handicap
but we will consider the Time Limits if both players have big difference
of the strength.  The winner of each game has an obligation to send
the result information with Game Score (Kifu) to HP or by mail.
We believe the 2nd tournament will be executed under more considerable
situation for foreign players.
