I have all messages ever posted, however, and would not mind at all sending them to you. The problem is they are in VAX mail format at the moment. I can convert them to Eudora format (which is essentially Unix mail format), but the distinction between headers and body gets lost in the process so many messages may have long headers. I am still planning to write a little program to strip out the headers that are irrelevant, but as with most things I plan, this probably won't get done for a while unless someone volunteers to do it for me. Anyway, please let me know if you want all messages and in which format. >You are wonderful. Earlier today Takako Noda sent me what appears to be the >entirety of the "Quest" Yagura translation. I will probably be using the Excite search engine, which is nice in that it orders hits by expected relevance although unfortunately one cannot limit the search to user-defined time periods. The big advantage is that Excite indexes the collection of postings so that searching is fast (at the expense of adding about 15% to the size of the collection).
