If you only want to look at one or a few static pages (i.e., pages that are not generated on the fly) then this may be useful. I found that it fails with about a third of the pages as it cannot handle pages delivered by the newer Apache web servers. This is unlikely to get fixed unless some generous soul shells out a substantial amount of money to ensure further development of the software. I also sometimes had problems retrieving the resulting pages with the gif files that represent the kanji.
