If you're using Microsoft's Internet Explorer then you can download a
Japanese language pack from the Microsoft site, which will give you
the ability to read Japanese web pages.


You can download the Japanese language pack at
http://www.microsoft.com/ie/most/howto/multi.htm.


If you're using a different browser (or if you're talking about
internet access other than the WWW) then I have no idea :-(
