Subject: Japanese servers

When I first started looking for Shogi on-line, I found that half the good
sites were in Japanese. Although my Japanese is poor at best, I still feel I
could muddle through. My problem is that my computer just displays a bunch of
nonsense characters, since it doesn't have the capability to display Japanese
characters. Does anyone know how I can gain that capability?
