I have been (and still am) trying by co-founding the Dutch and German
associations and European federation, running SHOGI-L and searching the web
regularly for shogi links and making the most relevant ones available on my
shogi pages. Others do just as much or more. Somehow the big breakthrough
has not come yet. Hopefully, the International Shogi Popularisation Society
can contribute.
