Subject: One quick question!

What do all of the people on this shogi list call the chess played in
America?  Western Chess?  Orthodox Chess?  I never know how to refer to
it when I comparing Shogi to the chess played here.  We play the chess w/
16 pieces on a side on an 8x8 board.

Interested in playing the best abstract thinking strategy game ever
created?  Okay, so maybe I'm biased--I wrote the game!  The best way to
describe it is a simultaneous Pente game on a 9x9 grid!  Only $7!  For
