I'd like to buy the book,  but getting a check drawn in pounds from my
local USA bank costs $25.  Are there any USA distributors, I can buy
the book from?  Or, else can I just send US currency to Tony's address?
I know sending a USA check to him would cost him the outrageous bank
fee, so that's no good either.  I've never had a problem sending cash
through the mail, however.
