Subject: Lion promotion in Tenjiku Shogi

Someone asked a few weeks ago, whether the Lion could promote
if it was sitting outside the promotion zone, and made an igui capture
inside the promotion zone.
Benjamin Good (on this list) and myself (in a private email to Steve
Evans), both independently answered YES, as it was deemed to have made a
move into the promotion zone, and then out again.

I have just been speaking to George Hodges. He thought about it for a
minute, and then gave the same answer (without any prompting on my
part).

So it's unanimous.
