As far as I know, there is no shogi.sty latex style description and
fonts. I have been thinking of hacking into the chess.sty (which is very
easy to use in creating text and diagrams in chess) and to use some of
bitmaps in some of the free shogi programs for constructing the
characters in the diagrams (ofcourse with permission of the author).
I don't think it is too hard a task, if you know how to handle LaTeX. Up
till now I didn't have the time.
