You seem to know something about the game :-) so perhaps you can help
me. In conjunction with the 1998 US Open in Kona Hawaii we plan to offer
tournaments in other games, including Shogi. Is there a sanctioning body
I should contact?

If we do set one up, we'd like to offer your book for sale through the
US Chess Federation which is running our bookstall.
