To be sure, Black can mate with every move being suicide. However, I should have added that that should be the ONLY way Black can mate. In this position, Black has a trivial non-suicide mate, by moving his Bishop away on the second move. Also, following your intended line, the Bishop can commit suicide on the last move, but need not do so (it could move further down the diagonal). Perhaps I'm asking for too much.
