Subject: Tenjiku: Free Eagle move

I remember this question being asked previously on
this list, but as I didn't know Tenjiku at the time, I
don't remember the answer, so I apologise for repetition:

The diagram of the Free Eagle's move in the TSA leaflet appears
to have redundant circles - they overlap with the diagonal
ranging move - can someone explain this please?
