Peter,

Please could you try to avoid Saturday 13th September, as I will
be holding my annual Royston Shogi Congress on the day.  While I
will not be including a Chu-Shogi section, there are competitions
for Shogi, Tori-Shogi and Mini-Shogi players, which may attract
players away from your proposed event, or you may attract some of
my potential entrants.   :-(

I will be posting more details of the Royston Shogi Congress
closer to September.
