One possibility in Japanese is the "Shogi Nenkan", a big yearbook
published by the Renmei.  Last years' contained 525 complete games.
All games are lightly annotated.  The price is 4700 yen (plus who
knows how much shipping).

I suspect many people are starving for shogi in English, and to
