Unfortunately I did not keep my photocopied notes of the book so I can't give you the abstract at the moment. Essentially though, the core of the book is about openings. I would say that it is definitely worthwhile reading for any kyu player, and dan players may also benefit by studying some of the openings in the book they don't often play. Best wishes, Steve Lamb.
