Hi,

Tony is planning to publish the book himself to keep costs down (and
profits up!).  Further information such as "what's in the book", "how
how much will it cost", and "where can I get it" will be sent to this
list in a couple of weeks, so please be patient for the time being.

In the meantime, please feel free to send me any questions you may
have.  I proofread the book for Tony, so I can at least answer any
questions you may have about the book's contents.
