The QUEST translations are part of the SHOGI-L archives and also available
from Bob Diertens's SHOGI-L mirror, *but* at present neither of these two
sites are searchable. In order to retrieve Takako's contributions, the
former option is extremely time-consuming and awkward. Bob's mirror is
definitely a better choice. Another alternative is to use any web search
engine, but that does not guarantee one finds all her contributions.

When I move my internet-based shogi activities to shogi.net, the SHOGI-L
archives will be made available there as an indexed-searchable database.
That will happen sometime after September 1997. Incidentally, as mentioned
before "Safe Jobs in Japan" has gratefully agreed to sponsor shogi.net, but
one more sponsor is necessary to recover the recurring costs associated
with shogi.net. Any pointers or hints will be much appreciated.
