Subject: 2nd Rikai Shogi Tournament

 Dear Shogi-players,

 The 2nd RIKAI SHOGI TOURNAMENT will take place on Saturday May 31 and
 Sunday June 1 in Sittard (the Netherlands).

 This will be a 6 round tournament based on the McMahon system. The usual
 time limits apply, i.e. 1 hour per game per person and 30 seconds byoyomi.

 The entry fee will be fl 25,-. Please register before May 24.

 Tournament hall is the "Centrum voor Beroepsorientatie en Beroepsoefening",
 Overhovenerstraat 31, 6131 BX in Sittard (tel. +31-46-4526868).

 The first round will start on Saturday at 10.30h, the fourth round will
 start on Sunday at 09.30h.

 Players should check-in between 10.00h and 10.30h on Saturday.
