Subject: GSDB 1.9

Hello Shogi-friends,

This weekend the Gnu Shogi Database improved quite a bit.  That's why I now
release version 1.9.  You can now also :

        - add handicap games (L,B,R,2p,4p,6p,8p)
        - turn around the board (flip)
        - add a comment by each move
        - search for games in the database with wildcards
        - auto-replay through a game at a programmable pace (1-9 seconds delay)
        - make a difference between professional games, amateur games and opening theory.
