I have only seen a couple problems where the key move is not promoting
a rook.  I am wondering if there are any problems where the key move is
to not promote a bishop or a pawn?

On the other hand, I wonder if not promoting a rook, bishop or pawn
actually occurred (or could have occurred) in a professional game
(where it is the best move)?
