I don't think there are any independent (i.e., non-club or association-related) western shogi magazines any more, but the British, Dutch, German, French and Belgian (?) national associations all publish their own magazine/newsletter. In the USA, the DC Shogi Club produces a very good newsletter. Back issues of "Shogi" (published in England by TSA) are still available.
