Subject: CSA (Computer Shogi) tournaments

Does anyone know where the CSA tournaments are run and when? I have
a program which I am looking to enter into such an event. My program
is only a couple of months old, and is as yet incomplete, but did
recently beat Kiwame 2.1. The players at the local Shogi club
estimate that (given added opening knowledge) it would be of Dan
strength.

Also I have the results of the 3rd (1992) and 5th (1994)
tournaments, but no others. Does anyone have the complete results of
the 4th, 6th or 7th tournaments? Alternatively does anyone know
where I can obtain this information?

P.S. I would like to purchase copies of Kiwami and any other strong
Shogi programs if anyone knows how I can obtain these. I am resident
in England.
