Subject: playing Shogi on the server

Greetings. I have recently resubscribed to the Shogi-L mailing
list after a few months hiatus. I'm hoping to find out when would
be a good time to look for Shogi opponents on the server. I
telnet to igs.nuri.net 7777 and am registered as twixter. My handle
used to be Bush. I appreciate any info anyone can provide!
