Where have all the Shogi clubs gone? Where can a person go to
play Shogi outside Japan? Hmm. What we need is a Web page
to which all the Shogi clubs can register?
(An addition to one of the  popular Web Pages?)

Imagine if you travel to some foreign country like Canada (
if you don't happen to be Canadian) where would you go to
play? Alas, I think there are few people who'd enter into the
local Sushi place and scream "Shogi Anyone". Going into the
local chess club and doing so might be gauche. So what's a
Shogi addict to do.

As for here in ottawa, I know of no clubs. Perhaps I shall start
one. Of course I can go to Europe, or Japan, but money and time
are a problem. (Of course I want to go because I love traveling
but that is another story)
