Subject: NTT Shogi Server?

Hi fellow Shogi players,

I have heard that NTT are creating a Shogi server (telnet I assume).
Can anybody confirm this and, if so, provide more information?

I hope this is not just another rumour. We really need a good server
to help promote Shogi. Speaking of which, I wonder when (if) ISS will
be online again...
