        Hi Everybody,  This is Dick Iwakura.

        The No.1 JAVA Shogi Server was established by a young guy (21 years old)
        Mr.Neyama of Waseda University and I had a plan to translate this
        web server into all English.  However, due to my personal situatin here,
        I still could not translate it.  I hereby promise all the Shogi-L
        members to satisfy you this JAVA Shogi web in English within a short
        time.  Minimum understand-able description has been written anyway.

        I and Mr.Sakano (5 dan) with our Hong Kong Shogi Club members are
        waiting for all of you. My I.D. is, of course, Dick.

        This Yokkaichi Shogi festival is one of great issue and my teacher
        Mr.Kobayashi 8 Dan will fully serve the clients there. There are
        six computers systems installed in the corner and many of Japanese
        SHogi players will try to get on-line to play Shogi with the opponents
        in the world.  Could I ask you to access the server at the above
        time to play with them.  I hope you will get much of fun there.

        Unfortunately JAVA Shogis still have some computer bugs but I hope you
        won't be much care of it. I and Mr.Tanigawa will be much appreciated if
        you can join with us even though all of you are so sleepy in the bed
        around this period.   Wake up, Wake up and Play Shogi !!!!

        I can trust all of my students in my lecture will be surely attending
        this games.
