Subject: Self Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Yoshinori Sawada. I live in Tokyo Japan. I started
shogi about one and a half ago, and now I am 1-kyu. Recently I play shogi at
a clube in Shinjuku, and became almost 1-dan, because I can defeat 1-dan
player more ofter than before. But to become 1-dan in the clube I must win 7
times in a row. It is very difficult isn't it. So I have started a
correspondence course of shogi. The teacher is Mr.Torahiko Terada. I have
learned a lot of Joseki knowledge from various books, but it seems this
course give me  new ideas which I have never had.

I would like to exchange informations of not only shogi but how are overseas
shogi players. Please give your information!!!!!
