Wijnands point is still valid:

The SP2 can do some massive parallel calculating, but it still can not think
. if playing chess by calculating is flawed, as it obviously is,  then doing
a lot more calculating doesn't fix it.

It can, of course, help cover up the absence of thinking. <g>
