Subject: New Shogi Web Page

The web page for the Mid-America Shogi Club is now officially online.  Not
much yet in the way of recorded games or general Shogi info, although that
is planned for the future.  The primary purpose is to inform the public
about our regular meetings and occasional tournaments.  If you are in the
Chicago area, anywhere in the midwest, or just passing through, drop by the
page and see when and where our next events are happening.

All who have a web page with shogi links are encouraged to add a link to
this page, at <http://homepage.interaccess.com/~johns/midamsho.html>.  If
there are any questions, feel free to write me.

Note that the page now contains information about our upcoming tournament to
be held March 9th in the Chicago, IL suburb of Montgomery.
