If the material is not protected by copy rights there is no problem. If it
is protected, but the Nihon Shogi Renmei (NSR) holds the copy rights, then
there still is no problem. Translations of all NSR publications may be
posted to SHOGI-L for non-commercial purposes. If another legal or natural
person is copy right holder then it is the responsibility of the poster of
the material to obtain permission.
