Most information is about a year old (August 1995), so it may be somewhat obsolete by now. * Kiwame-2 9000 Yen (about $100). Strength 2-dan, the strongest PC-based program by far. At the 1995 Verkouille Memorial Tournament in Belgium it beat 4-kyu, 2-kyu, 1-kyu, 2-dan and 3-dan players and lost only to a 4-dan. I have played against Kiwame-2 in August 1995 and was favourably impressed. It does not need a Japanese OS version if you have a cheat sheet with key codes for the various commands. The manual is in Japanese only. In the past, Frans Roquas pi net> could be contacted for more information. I do not know if that is still the case. -- Pieter Stouten || Saying Windows 95 is equal Computer Aided Drug Design Group || to Macintosh is like The DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company || finding a potato that P.O.
