Subject: Playing live on the internet?

Today (Monday 26th, 1030 UTC) I tried to play shogi on the internet.
I have Matthias Mertz's GNU xshogi, and I followed his instructions
for connecting (to igs.nuri.net). When I did a "who all 3" command,
I found I was the only person logged on for shogi.

Is there another ISS site, or was I just unlucky at this time of
day?
